How much does Stride cost?
Stride is a paid subscription. Stride Premium unlocks the full AI coach, periodized plans, live GPS tracking, audio coaching, and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Which devices does Stride work with?
Stride runs on iPhone and Android. Apple Watch sync is automatic via Apple Health; a dedicated Watch app is on our roadmap.
Can I follow my own training plan?
Absolutely. Log your runs manually or via GPS and Stride will still auto-detect PRs and track your trend. You can also adjust any AI-built plan at any time.
Does Stride work without cell service?
Yes. Live GPS works offline — your run syncs to your account the next time you have signal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account. Cancel any time — your current period stays active until it expires.
